Hi there,

I have a Sony Vaio laptop and I keep it under the desk. When using a bluetooth headset to call the sound quality is quite bad. I'm wondering if it's possible to use an external bluetooth dongle rather than the internal one to improve the sound quality and range. If so, should I disable the internal one somehow, perhaps through the device manager?

Kind regards

Pongy

Model: VPCEA3S1E/W

Message was edited by: PongyBoy
