I have bought the above model Sony Vaio a few months back and have absolutely had it with the useless screen and volume for watching dvds and video clips. The volume is so low that you have to have the notebook close to your face to hear it and any slight background noise and you miss something. Also, with the screen, you cant be at any angle without some area of the screen going into a wierd contrast, like a shadow. its impossible for two people to watch the screen at the same time.

Has anyone any fixes or would that be too good to be true? i've been through this site a few times and found nothing, not even an email address for sony to ask them.

could anyone help me in telling me how to actually get this query to sony????

ive been through the website many, many, MANY time but cant find an email address for support.

i came across a query form somewhere but cant find it again.

This does not seem to be a common problem so I would speak to Vaio Support.
