When I press power button, leds go green, speaker beeps three times.. and thats all. No Vaio logo, hdd is not working. I checked memory by using modules I used 6 months ago (I did small memory upgrade), so it's not the reason. Might it be a Cpu failure? Or motherboard? It looks like even bios is not starting, so it's not a virus but a hardware problem. I returned to original factory modules, which has been working fine before I replaced them.
