What do I need to do/check/download etc.?</P><P></P><P>[Edit} OK, fixed the problem. I went into Control Panel, Programs and Features, where VAIO Quick Web Access was listed as an installed program. I selected Change and then chose Repair. The installation program then reinstalled the program. After shutting down, the WEB button brought up the First-Use Wizard, and all is now working properly.
