I'm trying to get QWA to work on my new Vaio VPCEC3S0E, but I just get a splash screen telling me that QWA isn't installed. What do I need to do/check/download etc.?

[Edit} OK, fixed the problem. I went into Control Panel, Programs and Features, where VAIO Quick Web Access was listed as an installed program. I selected Change and then chose Repair. The installation program then reinstalled the program. After shutting down, the WEB button brought up the First-Use Wizard, and all is now working properly. I have no idea why it didn't work in the first place, though.

Geoff

Message was edited by: gandaw - Reason: Problem solved
