Hi,
Bought a VAIO Desktop LA2...having problems since then!!!
Crashing down frequently;unable to start,freezing when left out in sleep mode for more than 5-10 minutes;mouse not connecting as well as key board at times.
various messages including driver malfunction/parity error!!!
Sony unable to sort it out....tried all incl recovery complete but no solution.
Windows Vista Home edition
only other software used norton 360 and BT wireless Internet connection.

Is any one had similar problem?
pls advise

Hi drkk and welcome.

If you have carried out a full system recovery and installed all the Microsoft and Sony Updates and this has failed to solve the problems then you should contact Sony Support and ask them to collect the Vaio and to fix it under the warranty.
