Hi to all of you from a newbie,

I have a Sony Viao VGN-FE21S which is just over 1 year old but I have a problem with my Logitech LX-7 Cordless Optical Mouse connection. When I click on my documents and the select a file to open it opens then immediately bounces back to my documents. I have tried this on all three usb points but all of them do the same. I have contacted Logitech who went through some procedures with me including a Windows XP clean but to no avail. The guy then said to me that I may need my usb ports re-set with new chipsets

Anybody came across this and is the Logitech guy correct and if he is, how do I go about getting the usb chipsets re-set?
