Bravia KDL 55Inch W807a 3D Issue

Hi there,

Spent over £1100 on a 55 inch W807a Bravia and am having serious issues with 3D Blu Ray playback. I am using an Lg 3D Blu Ray player but the problem is that after 15/20 seconds of playing the message "scene selection has changed" appears and interupts the playback, going to a pink and static screen.

Does anyone know of a fix for this?!? Really frustrated and tested the player on a friends 3D tele to rule out the player being faulty.

After spending a small fortune on this tv I am already severely disappointed

Hi there

First thing to do is ensure that you have the latest firmware installed

Secondly, on the TV, you can turn OFF scene select by setting it as "General". See instructions:

Also try setting "Picture Mode" to Standard as well:

Thanks but scene selection seems to please itself even after changing the settings, it keeps doing it seemingly randomly whilst trying to watch a 3D blu ray

Ensure that you are doing the picture settings where it says "Target Inputs" set this to "Common" and set Picture mode to Standard etc.

Still find the tv jumps to a pink and then static screen and then back to the blu ray
