Bravia kdl-32r430b EPG 'no information available' - Why is this?

Have returned from holiday to find my Sony Bravia no longer will display any channel information on the electronic programme guide. I have re-tuned the TV twice now and still nothing will display. Has anyone got any ideas of how this can be resolved?

Hi there

Not sure if you have managed to solve your problem yet, but most of the time this happens its to do with your aerial reception. If you have an old 'ratty' aerial lead, replace this.

Also, are you picking up channels in the 800 range - if so, do they contain the correct information in the EPG? This could be a case of you picking up a signal from another transmitter instead of a local one.
