KDL-42W706B HDD recording

Hi,

I have a TV model KDL 42W706B. I tried to recording a movie to HDD but in the same time I wanted to watch another show so I can watch the film later. I noted with astonishment that I can't record a program and at the same time watch another program. I find this absolutely stupid. That's the idea of recording a program. You can watch it later because when it broadcasting you can't see it, not to watch it while you record it. Can anyone explain me why I can't do this? Or if it is possible can someone tell me how?

The reason is simply because the TV has only one DVBT decoder, so if it is busy to record you cannot use it to watch another program. If you really want a full featured PVR, you should buy it (even if you can have a dual tuner on 4K Sony TV, the functionalities that a dedicated PVR are always better)
