Hi,

This might be an issue of the switch. Probably it doesn't recognize the cable receiver correctly.

Cheers

Hi,

I have my virgin media Tivo box, DVD and Nintendo connected via 3 way auto hdmi switch to Sony Bravia TV. The switch works fine when the DVD is powered up but when the DVD is powered off the TV input is lost. The switch does not auto switch to the cable feed (you have to manually switch).

Anyone else had this problem. Is there a setting I need to know about? Are there any recommended switches that are better than others?

Thanks in advance.

The Nintendo switch seems to auto switch on and off ok - the tv input switches back on. However it seems the Sony dvd will not allow the tv input to switch back. Baffled the switch works to activate dvd but will not let tv imput to activate again
