HT-G700 loss of sound

Hi,

When I'm watching TV on Sky or normal TV I now and then lose the sound for a second or so and then it comes back on.

When this happens you see on the sound bar the audio format the sound is playing. It's a relatively small issue but annoying

How is it connected to the TV and what model TV are you using with it?

Hi its commented via a HDMI cable and both the eArc on the sound bar and TV
is switched on.

The Hdmi is a 2.1 cable that's supports 8k. The TV is an LG OLED55BX6LB

Have you tried connecting it to a different audio device (other TV, laptop, PC, etc.)?
