Hi,

I have this TV connected to an external DD decoder though eARC (HDMI 3) and a Raspberry Pi player connected to the TV (tested on HDMI 1 and 4). Everything was working fine for the last 2 years, but after the update to the latest 6.2210 firmware, the sound glitches randomly every 1 or 2 minutes. I've tested the player connected directly to the DD decoder and the sound is perfect, so it has to be something broken with the last update.

How could I contact Sony so they are aware of this problem and try to solve it in the next release?

But have you at least tried something like disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI or even just restarting Android TV?
