Hello everybody.

Here's what happens Every time a setup a VPN connection on my sony KD-55AF8 using a 3rd party app (ie Ivacy, VPN unlimited):

1. the connection works fine.

2. I switch off the TV.

3. When I switch the TV back on, it reboots.

TV is runnig on the latest android update. Any suggestion? This looks like a sony Android problems as it is happening with three different VPN apps.

Switching off the VPN app solves the problems, so this seems to occur if you swith off the TV while the VPN connection is ON.

Salve a tutti, chiedo scusa per il post in inglese, l'indirizzo del sito mi ha confuso....

Allora:

Ecco cosa succede ogni volta che configuro una connessione VPN con il mio sony KD-55AF8 tramite una app di terze parti (Ivacy, VPN unlimited):

1. Il collegamento VPN funziona regolarmente, ma...

2 Quando spengo la TV (che dovrebbe andare in standy)....

3.. alla riaccensione la TV fa un reboot completo e sitorna al punto 1.

La TV sta utilizzando l'ultimo update Android (settembre 2018)....

Vorrei sapere se qualcuno del team sony ha qualche consiglio da darmi.... A me sembra un problema Android perchè si è già verificato con tre APP di vpn diverse.

Se disattivo il collegamento VPN tutto funziona a dovere. Se spengo La TV mentre il collegamento VPN è attivo, alla riaccensione avrò un reboot.
