21:9 pics???

Does anyone know if Sony are going to address the issue of there being no 21:9 aspect ratio in the normal camera/video app. Only option for photos is Cinema Pro capture. As others have said in the uaeranual/help guide the actress is clearly shown selecting 21:9 buy it doesn't exist on the retail product. Finally switched from Samsung after many years and not regretted yet....lots to be happy about.....However this and the issue installing Netflix (just completely refuses to install app after downloading it) are a slight concern to say the least......

I can only assume that the sensor isn't shaped as 2.39:1 (4096 x 1728), else it would have been more work for them to change it to 16:9, so even if Sony enable the option, I wonder what the compromises will be?

Are there any rumors for Xperia 1 to finally receive 21:9 mode in main camera app with Android 10?

If not do you think that porting capera app from Xperia 10 will fix the issue? It's really annoying that sony just can't copy paste the feature that exists innother low end... So frustrated about it... Low ends get better software treatment (fm radio too) than flagships... I think such circus possible only at sony...
