The title says pretty much everything.
Sometimes open apps disappear from the open apps list, only to reappear in the list when another app is opened. Sometimes apps won't disappear from the list after they've been dismissed. It happens a lot with Chrome.
All of this has started happening with the Android 10 update.
And yes, I've tried rebooting my phone. Since the update I've rebooted it a dozen times.
And yes, I will go through the BS of making a complete system restore when I get the time. But I don't have time for it.
