Since I have updated my Sony Xperia 1 with the latest update 55.1.A.O.748 my phone keeps turning off any else having problems.

I haven't experienced this, does it happen when you open a particular app? if you experience this issue, you might consider reinstalling the update with Xperia Companion.
Seems to have fix it self .
