Latest x1iii update

Hi all, wonder if someone can help. I have the x1iii that's just recently updated to O.S13.....the phone now randomly restarts itself, never had this issue before and not sure if it's just me or is anyone else experiencing the same issues.......is there a fix? Thanks

Hey @nc251078, it might be a software bug since it started shortly after the update. Try to enable the safe mode and check if it still happens or not. (Press and hold the power button for 2 secs, then touch & hold the power off option on screen), it'll reboot to safe mode then. This will help you to know if one of your apps is causing this issue or not
