Problem with Andriod 10 update of Xperia 1

After updating the andriod 10, two problems were found.

1. the exange mail through outlook.office365.com can not be used. the pop-up message is "Server requires unsupported security features. Password recovery enabled".

2. NFC sim card can not be detected.

Any one know the solution? Thanks in advance!

Regarding issue no 2:

If it is a dual-sim model, the phone only supports wallets/contactless-payments referenced to a NFC Sim in position 1.

If not you may have to troubleshoot with the NFC Sim provider.
