Phone randomly turns off and either restarts and if it doesn't restart I have to plug in charge wire and then restart even tho battery has plenty of life any advice. Ps it did this before I even put a SIM card in literally it's first turn on
try to charge your device for 1-2 hours using the wallmount adaptor. then try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion
