Sony had long abandoned this forum..... and will be shut down soon.
Sony is missing professionals who look at what customers ask, they are not even able to update Android 10 EU ROM
You do know that say an update is created, then passed to the networks, who either customise it for their branded phones, or certify it as acceptable and release it on phones that use their sims right?
So if you have an issue, ask your network why they are delaying the update.
I got my Android 10 update patch of 27xmb yesterday morning, sim free in the uk, using o2 sim...that's pretty fast.
Worth noting that Netflix doesn't support 4k on any mobile device.
Not likely to change that policy with only 1 manufacturer making devices with 4k displays.
