My phone for couple of months says Fingerprint hardware is not available and when I would register my fingerprint says:Registration is not complete
Registration is aborted because the fingerprint registration time limit has been reached.
Follow the registration instructions and try again.

I only didn't try the factory reset because I not have other phone to do that. Any idea what's happened?
