I realise there's not many Evernote users here but I have a unique problem which Evernote user support is unable to diagnose.
When I first got my Xperia 1 - the Evernote camera in native Evernote mode (multi-shot) works fine with 1920 x 1080 pixel jpg. After a few months of use, the camera decide to switch to 640 x 480 pixel pics within Evernote for no explainable reason. Evernote support could not address the issue as there were not enough Xperia 1 users. So may i check if anyone here are Evernote users and do you have problems with the camera.
The 640x480 pics are so low quality that the namecard function within Evernote is not able to pick up the words properly. All my other Xperia (XZ, X5) do not have such problems. So now I have to take pics with my XZ with Evernote as the Xperia 1 is not up to the job.
Any help will be much much appreciated. I am an long time and very heavy Evernote user - moving to another app is not a solution. Thanks
