How long does Sony take to email cashback vouchers?

I bought a Sony A7IV last August, registered it at MySony but still yet to receive the email with the cashback voucher codes. Should I have received this by now or does Sony usually take a long time to send the codes?

Bought an A1 yesterday and got vouchers same day

You need to opt in marketing communications or you won't get your vouchers
