no access privilege to edit using PlayMemoriesHome

I have been using PMH for 12 years to edit and move photos between folders. Over the past few months I have been unable to move into folders as I get message "Cannot move as do not have required access privilege" How do I correct this? I am using an Alpha A58 camera

I have just uninstalled and reinstalled. With great excitement I hoped problem would be solved but sadly no. I am still getting the same messages when I try to edit or move photos.

are you trying to edit/access images which are still on the cameras memory card?

No. I have been using PMB since 2008. I have been used to downloading the images into a particular folder depending on the subject. I am now unable to do this as the selection button is greyed out. The images can only go to my PC desktop where a PlayMemories Online folder had appeared (not my doing!)

I am unable to move the images to the correct folders as I do not have access privileges. I have also tried editing my existing photos and this fails with the same message.

Unless I can solve this problem I will need to seek another system. Pity as I have got on so well with PMH in the past 12 years.
