Bravia - Pause live tv (timeshift)

Hi,

anyone know why the timeshift feature (pause/rewind live tv) is not supported on Bravia tv's? Was just about to buy a Bravia XF90 but just noticed this feature is not supported. Its a bit of a deal breaker for me.

Anyone know if there are plans to support it in the future? It should be standard in all new tv's IMO.

Hi rawness,

To my knowledge, the XF90 series supports Youview, provided that the TV is connected to the internet and has an aerial input to receive Digital channels. This will give you access to catch up services (BBC iPlayer, ITV, 5 on Demand and All4).
