TV Model - K-55XR70
Folks and update to my previous post.
I completed a factory reset on my TV and this seemed to sort the soundbar connection issue however today I again have the same issue.
Soundbar not connecting via Bravia Sync, unable to control the volume without the Sonos app etc.
No devices are showing as registered with Bravia Sync.
No sky, No PS5 and no Firecube.
It says:
No devices found. Please check connections.
I'm stumped 😩
I have, I've tried it with my previous Samsung soundbar with the same issues.
I've tried all the suggested help on here and the same issue occurs each time even after full reboot.
I again contacted Sony who basically have fobbed me off with the fact that they don't guarantee 3rd party connectivity and as such they feel it isn't a Sony problem!!
I've now escalated this to a complaint with them as I tried my fathers Sont Bravia Theatre system also doesn't connect properly so there is a definite fault with my Bravia Sync system on the TV 😡.

@BigGiv43 Make sure as well that the TV software is up to date: v112.626.100.1, test different cables, if possible, till they advise you with the outcome of the complaint
