Dolby HDMI problem

We have a KD55XF9005 and using virgin Vivo box. Recently our TV has been displaying HDMI Dolby Digital 3840x2160p which interrupts the sound and picture for a split second. I have turned off the info banner in the TV settings but the glitch still happens. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @tracyab14, have you tried using a different HDMI lead or connecting to a different port to check?

As your current cable might have an issue with it.
