Hi @dungpooh

To answer your question precisely we need your TV model number (it starts with KD).

In general terms, the latest Sony 4K HDR TVs will support 4K in all 4 HDMI ports but only HDMI 2 & 3 will support 4K in enhanced mode (10 bit). However that really doesn’t matter with Sky Q as their 4K is broadcast in 8 bit. So HDMI 2 preferred leaving HDMI 3 (ARC) reserved for connecting a home theatre or Soundbar. You switch on Enhanced 4K signal format in the settings. Home -> Settings -> External inputs -> HDMI signal format -> Enhanced format.

Hi @dungpooh   The bottom led should be white. You can change the brightness or even turn it off in the settings. Home -> Settings -> Illumination LED.

Hi @dungpooh   To help you further, we will need the model number of your TV (it will start with KD-55).
