Just to let you know, my contact within SonyUK/EU has forwarded this thread to his contact within Sony Support - Asia Pacific region and they have subsequently escalated this thread to them. So they should be in contact with you in due course.
In regards to why the contact form didnt work - apparently some website changes were/was due to go live around that particular time - which obviously prevented you from submiting the contact form.
