After a software update I'm having problems with my usb disconnecting and stopping movies mid way through.
Any ideas plz.

Can you please restart your TV by long-pressing the power button on the remote control?
If it doesn't help, please check if a different player shows the same symptom.

Hi Peter
Holding the off button to restart does work for a while then it disconnects again.
I am now trying to format the drive to xfat.
Hopefully this will work as I never had this problem prior to the update.
