KD75XH8096B issue

Hi all,

 

new to the forum to apologies if this has already been mentioned.  I've had this TV for two days and the 4K content streamed from Netlflix and Youtube is awful.  It looks completely fogged out.  I know this is something to do with the Android TV software, as my Nvidia Shield plays content at 4K with excellent quality. 

 

Both the TV and the Nvidia Shield are WIFI connected but I have a 100mb connection.   Any ideas on why this is happening?

Hi,

 

Usually this could be related to the current situation, where the streaming providers try to reduce bandwidth to serve the increased demand. However, I wonder why it seems to be OK on your shield.
