How can i Lock on a language in multilingual channels in KDL-43W805C

What do you mean by locking? In Digital settings you can choose the preferred language for audio and subtitles ... than you can change it via the audio/subtitle button on the remote

thank you so much, I mean was staying on a language permanently

But why not Persian language on the list

and in euronews channel, persian language as Error_str in language menu

If you mean General Satellite channel then you cannot permanently do this. Everytime you must select your language.

About Euronews channel, check if another TP on your Satellite(s) has also transmition for Euronews. Not all transmitions allow all languages. There are different languages appearing for Euronews transmitted from Astra and different languages for Euronews transmitted from Hotbird.
