No Amazon Prime app found in KDL-43W750D

Hi,

I couldn't find the "Amazon Prime" app in my KDL-43W750D android tv. Don't see any updates happening as well.

Can anyone guide me on how to get the "Amazon Prime" app to my tv?

Try:

To update Internet Contents services, Press HOME,
then select [Settings] > [System Settings] > [Set-up]
> [Network] > [Refresh Internet Content].

W750D It is not a European model and maybe does not have Prime Video.
