No sound after suspend until reboot XH850 UK

Hi, I have a KD43XH8505BU in the UK. It looks great and is working, except for a major sound issue.

It is on Android build PTT1.190515.001.S71 647701.

I have it attached to a Yamaha RX-V377, via HDMI/ARC (not eARC 'cos the Yamaha doesn't support it).

I can play stuff from netflix/amazon fine, and I get DD5.1 sound through. Great.

Then, when my TV goes to sleep for a long period of time (say an hour or so), I no longer have sound via the receiver. This happens every single time.

1. This affects both HDMI/ARC *and* SPDIF sound.

2. I can get it to work in stereo if I set "Digital Audio Out" to be PCM, but I would quite like to have my 5.1 surround sound thanks! (Note; changing it back to Auto1/Auto2 are still silent)

3. Other devices through the receiver have sound.

4. Power cycling the receiver does not help.

5. No other TV setting helps.

6. The internal TV speakers always work, but I don't want to use them.

The only thing that seems to make it work is to reboot the TV (Hold power for 10 secs, restart). Then, I have fully functioning sound again, until the TV sleeps for a long enough time and the problem recurs. Note, I do *not* need to reboot the AV receiver or anything.

Yes, I've tried unplugging everything, but the fact it breaks SPDIF output and needs a reboot smells like a bug to me.

It sounds very like this thread: https://community.sony.ee/t5/android-tv/xg9505-sound-problems-since-android-9-update/m-p/2731330
