On my TV which is a KDL-43W756C ... the picture is too dark in some night scenes

Hi, our TV picture goes even darker when we watch any programe that has a night scene or a scene in a darkened room etc,.. Ive tried turning off the auto picture thingy and adjusting contrast etc, but none of this works, any ideas out there??

Hi there

• Goto the Picture settings in the Action Menu and set "Light Sensor" to OFF
• Goto the TVs Power Settings, choose ECO and set "Power saving" to OFF

Hi there

It might help if you list the current picture settings of your TV.  Im assuming that you have turned OFF the Adv Contrast Enhancer in the TVs advanced picture settings?

Hi again, i didnt even know about that setting, but i turned it to off like you suggested but it still goes dark!  ive tried all the various settings that you said, but nothing has worked so far. Maybe you know some more settings that i dont know about ?
