Sony KD-49XE9005 Channel information goes missing when I sort the channels.

Purchases this in January 2018. When I tune in the channels all of them have programme information. However

when I arrange them into the order I prefer I lose the programme information on 6 of the channels and get the message "No event information". Am I doing something wrong.

Thank you for the reply. However this does not help. My problem is as follows:

I select the option digitial tuning and all the channels have programme information. Its when I edit the programme list and sort the channels in my preferred order that I then lose the programme information on 6 channels. The message is "No event information".
