Hi everyone
I have a KD43 XE8396 smart tv and it keeps dropping the internet connection.
When it does it, it’s for a few seconds then reconnects... it does this maybe two or three times in an hour.
The BT router connects wirelessly, and it has a direct line of sight to the tv.
This has started happening about 18 months after buying the tv; the router has been the same throughout.
Any suggestions please?
