Hi , just got my new C5 ultra dual , just want to check if there will be a fix for this issue.
Since i'm a left handed person , I just realise the orientation doesn't change if i have the phone hold with my left hand. (photo as below)
but of course there is no problem if i am holding with right hand where camera button is facing upward.
(photo as below)
since this is my first post , i had done a search in forum and there is no fixed but to have camera button facing upward in order to get the orientation correct ?
Phone still fresh as i just done a factory reset after update. It's on auto rotate mode. I hope i didn't miss anything else.
Thanks for the help.....

That's how its intended to work, I'm not sure if other phones have that option, but you should suggest this to Sony directly >> Local support

Yeah sure. Just wrote them a suggestion or rather request.
Hope to get some positive feedback soon.
i guess orientation is locked due to the camera button it's located near the bottom right if i hold the phone on portrait orientation.
didn't realise that until i bought my first Sony Phone.
thanks for the quick reply anyway
