Lost shortcut after restart

I found this topic happen in z1 1 year ago. But seems the problem not fixed in C3 device. Some of my application are in SD card with encryption. Is this combination got the icon missing happen???

It's really annoying... You have to again arrange the shortcuts after switching on... Please help and fix this

Same problem here, wonder why still not fixed for every newly lauched mobile phone...

This problem existed first I bought Xperia C, then Xperia C3 now....

It's a problem in software it's the way that is designed
