charge camera with smartphone charger

Can I charge camera i.e WX350 with my Xperia charger which has the same output like cameras output 5V-1.5A ?

It will be the same charging process right? no problems? + and - are the same on camera and the smartphone chargers I think. it must be standard USB out on camera chargers.

you can charge your cameras on various USB-ports, so you can use your smartphone charger as well.
