DSC-WX200 won't turn on.

I have a DSC-WX200 which I bought 3 weeks ago. It has worked perfectly until I tried to set up a computer connection today. The PlayMemories initial setup said no camera found so I tried to turn the camera on and nothing happened. I've disconnected it, removed the memory card but nothing has worked. Any suggestions greatfully received.

Hi Tracy, welcome to the Sony forums

A reset might restore it to normal working order. Remove the battery for at least 30 seconds, then replace it and see if it powers up.

This may indicate that there is some kind of internal fault within the camera - you may therefore need to contact Sony Customer Services to see if a repair is required. Their contact details can be found on the following page:
