New here so go easy on me!
I'm the proud owner of a Sony DSC-HX20V but I'm not enjoying using "Playmemories" software.
Is it just me? I've got other digital cameras from Nikon, Olympus & Panasonic but none are as cumbersome to download from as my Sony.
Do i have to use Playmemories software?
Is there a later/better version?
I normally use Microsoft Office Picture Manager which seem OK.
Any suggestions/advice please?
