The Sony World Photography Awards (SWPA) is the leading competition for photographers and artists working in photography. Made up of four competitions (Professional, Open, Student and Youth), all entries are free, with the top prize being $25,000.
Established in 2007, SWPA is regarded as one of the world’s most prestigious photography competitions. It is the World Photography Organisation’s principal programme, celebrating the work of leading and emerging practitioners, elevating careers, and attracting tens of thousands of visitors annually to its exhibitions worldwide.
The winners for the sixteenth edition of SWPA were announced at a black-tie ceremony in London last month, and now, you can view all the winning and shortlisted entries online.
