How can I transfer ringtones?
Hello, I would like to install other ringtones in the mobile phone than those, which are already on it. In which folder do I have to copy them?

Hi @moonhopper,
You can store a ringtone anywhere on your devices internal storage, it doesn't matter to which folder you copy your files. Note that it has be stored on your devices internal storage if you use a SD card with your device.
Then to select a custom ringtone, go to: Settings > Sound & notification > Phone ringtone > Your custom ringtone.
I hope this answers your question.

That's odd, I tried myself with a Xperia E5 and I was able to choose a custom ringtone I had stored in a different map then music.
Do you have enough free memory on your internal storage to store a custom ringtone? You can see how much free memory you have if you go to: Settings > Storage & memory > ... > Advanced > Storage.
Keep me posted on how it goes.
