Can anyone help
I've had my ereader since April of this year and it will be going out the window soon if I can't get this sorted out at all.
I've been on the phone for ages trying to sort this out.
The ereader library until today has been fine however for some unknown reason the left hand side has disappeared totally on the view so I can't get to any options and I've tried to resize again haven't been able to do anything.
Have downloaded the new version of the store from here but can't transfer any of my free books that I got when I got the reader on to the new software.
Sony have told me it could be my PC as it's a Windows 7 64it model however as I pointed out it has been working.
Can anyone help I'm not that techy but am fairly good
Please help as at this stage Sony have been no help
