Reader doesn't show after installing OSX Lion

I recently installed Mac OSX Lion on my MacBook Pro

After doing so, my PRS 350 reader no longer shows up in the sidebar of the Reader Library app. All I can see is 'ERROR' where the reader normally shows up.

Is this because the Reader app isnt compatable with Lion? If so, when can I expect an update?
