I'm writing on behalf of my friend who ownes a Sony Viao PCG 61511.
Until recently evenything has been working fine but suddenly the motion eye has stopped working and when on Skype the message says that camera is 'disconnected' .
She can see the other person but they can't see her.
Advise would be welcome.
