Hello there. I have just had my laptop screen repaired, and I have upgraded my installed windows premium 7 to windows 10. Now I have lost all my drivers, and cannot access my Sony Vaio support. I am not very computer literate and would appreciate some advice as to what to do, should I go back to windows 7 premium, then would I get my sony support bits back on my computer?
Thank you so much for any help
Regards

Hi @VaioSonyJunie and welcome to the UK Community
Sadly If you don't use the official Sony upgrade install software
then you will lose all of the Sony drivers and software
that originally came with your PC.
(Thats if your model qualified for the upgrade via Sony)
Does your model have a revovery drive that you can reset the Laptop back to Windows 7?
(I can only find details in German for your model.)
If so then yes recovering to the preinstalled Windows 7 would recover your drivers and
Vaio support etc.
