WH-1000XM3 Not connecting to iPhone 13 Bluetooth
I bought the pair of WH-1000XM3 in February 2020 and they have been working pretty well connecting to different devices until I tried to connect to iPhone 13. They are not coming up on the iPhone list of visible devices despite trying for over 2 months. I disconnected from iPhone 6s on which it was working fine just to try and reduce the devices the headphones may have been trying to connect to. However, this did not help. Now I cannot even locate the headphones on the iPhone 6S.
Has anyone had a similar problem and managed to solve it.

Hey there,
Ideally you would want to post this in the Portable Audio section as this is the general forum.
I use the XM3 but, do not have experience of iPhone unfortunately. I assume you can pair other bluetooth devices to the iPhone 13 with no problems?
You can also find the XM3 helpguide here, I have linked to performing a factory reset:
WH-1000XM3 | Help Guide | Initializing the headset to restore factory settings (sony.net)
I hope this helps.

Thanks very much Stormuk,
The headphones still connect to an iPad 2 and an LG TV. I will review the guide you shared. Hope a solution can be found there.
Next time will post on the Portable Audio - Sony
Cheers!

Am afraid, the problem persists.
Anyone else with an alternative idea?

Mike

Hey there,
According to this link: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/wireless-headphones-bluetooth-headphones/wh-1000xm3?compa... your phone should connect.
That leaves us with a possibility that the headphones are faulty.
Do they connect to any other devices? If yes make sure they are up to date: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/wireless-headphones-bluetooth-headphones/wh-1000xm3/downl...
If not, try the reset as well:

Let me know how it goes.
