Bluetooth Turntable PS-LX310BT

My new, three week old, Sony PS-LX310BT Bluetooth turntable is playing too fast at 34.11 rpm. It should of course only be 33.3rpm. I know it doesn’t look like much but there is a noticeable difference in sound, particularly vocals and Phil Collins now sounds a bit like a chipmunk! It wasn’t doing this until today.  Is there a solution please? Thanks.....

I’m having a similar problem but a bit more extreme. I’ve had my PS LX310BT for about 8 months and periodically I get a really severe Wow. Like the turntable is losing speed then readjusting. It’s happening increasing frequently.  I’ve tried refitting the belt but is still happens. Not every time but when it does it’s very noticeable. Any thoughts?
